HUMAN RIGHTS
The definition of human rights is “Basic rights and freedoms to which all humans are having with its born.” All humans have their human rights. On December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. As we have seen in the video “The History of Human Rights” there is 30 basic human rights which are shown below. Before Universal Declaration of human rights there are no human rights so there is a king who is making all the decision and use people for his own satisfaction and that’s why before that the wars are taken place. So to solve this problems united nation try to make human rights in 1945. And finally in 1948 Universal Declaration of human rights is made. That’s what we saw in that video.
Human rights should be given to all humans and we should make some basic human rights which are given to all the humans and these rights applied to all the human of any country. So there is no difference between rich and poor people, black and white people and etc.
There are some basic human rights which human at least should have is rights of freedom, rights of share opinion and expression, rights of life, rights of speech, rights of equality and etc. If there are no human rights in this world I think we can not survive longer in this world. The hardest fight to protect our self is the freedom of Equality because there is different opinion of different people to human and we can not change their opinion by forces them because it is also their human right to make their opinion and expression so we can not still solve the problem of equality. There are still some people who is facing this problem.
But according to country there are some changes in that. But still it’s universal so all have these rights. Some of the rights are applied in all the country like freedom to speak, freedom to choose, everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country and choose their representative, everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression and, etc. There are some rights which some human cannot get like right of equality which is not there right now in all country.
According to me Human rights should be given to all humans and we should make some basic human rights which are given to all the humans and these rights applied to all the human of any country. So there is no difference between rich and poor people, black and white people and etc. and try to give them what ever they need. Right now there is only one organisation which is working for human right universally which is UNITED NATION (UN) and in Canada there is Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) which is working for the Canadian people’s human rights and which is organised nicely. I am an international student then also I am very satisfied with my human rights in Canada.
